## **1. Open the Master Prompt**

This prompt the engine for the entire process. It contains all three essential parts in one place: the instructions for the AI, the input template for your ideas, and a reference example of the final output style.

{% embed url="<https://chocolate-sushi-147.notion.site/Concept-Generator-251d4e3a5b0680549ca1ed38017512cc>" %}

## **2. Understand the Structure**

Review the **Master Prompt** and take a moment to familiarize yourself with its structure. You will notice the three main parts:

* **Part 1: INSTRUCTION:** The rules and logic the AI will follow.
* **Part 2: INPUT TEMPLATE:** The section where you will add your concept details.
* **Part 3: REFERENCE OUTPUT:** The "Easymeals" example that shows the target quality and format.

## **3. Add Your Concept Details**

This is where you bring your idea to life. Fill in the template with your own notes, bullets, and ideas. Don't worry about perfect writing; the AI's job is to structure and polish your thoughts.

**Pro Tip:** The more specific details you can provide in the "Differentiation" and "Our Audience" sections, the more powerful and targeted your final concept will be.
**Input Template Example**

KinKeep

{% tab title="RAW INPUT & KEY IDEAS" %}
\
**The Problem**

* The "mental load" on parents is huge. All the family info is scattered everywhere.
* Info lives in Notes apps, Google docs, emails, photos, random drawers.
* Finding critical info in an emergency is stressful (e.g., kid's insurance number, allergy info).
* Onboarding a babysitter or grandparent takes forever. You have to write a manual from scratch every time.

**The Solution**

* A secure digital hub or "private wiki" for your family's essential information.
* Mobile-first app, easy to use for everyone.
* The key is pre-built templates for common needs: Childcare Instructions, Medical Info, Home Maintenance, Travel Plans, Family Recipes.
* Securely store digital copies of important documents (passports, birth certs).
* Controlled sharing permissions (e.g., share the 'Babysitter' doc with the sitter, but nothing else).

**Our Audience**

* Primary: The "Chief Household Officer" - the parent (often a mom) managing the family's logistics. They are tech-savvy but exhausted.
* Secondary: Extended family members who help out, like grandparents.
* Future: Adult children managing care for aging parents.

**Key Value Proposition**

* Peace of mind in one place.
* Finally get your family's important information organized and accessible.
* Save time and reduce the stress of household management.

**Differentiation**

* Unlike Notion or Evernote, which are generic blank canvases, we are purpose-built for families with templates ready to go. No setup required.
* Other family apps are just for calendars or photo sharing. We are the central "operating system" for the household.
* Our main focus is on security and simplicity, not endless features.

**Business Model**

* Freemium model.
* Free Tier: Basic features, maybe 3-5 "vaults" or templates, limited storage.
* Paid Tier ("KinKeep Plus"): Unlimited vaults, advanced sharing, document scanning, priority support. Simple monthly/annual subscription.
* Absolutely no ads. Privacy is our core promise.

**Positive Impact**

* Helps reduce the invisible labor and mental load that often falls disproportionately on one partner.
* Preserves important family knowledge and memories (like recipes and stories) for the next generation.

**Misc Notes & Ideas**

* Security needs to be a major selling point. Bank-level encryption.
* Future feature idea: "Life Event" wizards. Checklists for big events like moving, having a baby, etc.
* Could we partner with family therapists or professional organizers?
* The onboarding process must be incredibly simple. Users are tired.
* Maybe integrate with calendars to pull in appointments? Or is that too complicated for v1?
 {% endtab %}

{% tab title="CONTRAINTS OR PREFERENCES" %}

* Tone: Empathetic, reassuring, and capable.
* Avoid technical jargon in the final output.
* No em dashes.
* Use US English.
 {% endtab %}
 {% endtabs %}

{% hint style="info" %} **Advanced Method**\
\
Use an AI-powered voice memo app, such as ScreenApp, Otter.ai, or Notta. Speak naturally as you walk through the categories in the RAW INPUT and KEY IDEAS section.

When you are done, let the app transcribe and structure your recording. You can then copy that text directly into the template for a fast, hands-free way to capture your ideas.

{% endhint %}

## **4. Save and Version Your Document**

After you have filled out the input template, save the document. Remember to give it a **clear title** and a **version number** so that you can easily find it and keep track of different versions.\
\
**Example:** KinKeep\_Concept Master Prompt\_v2025.08.14

## **5. Choose Your AI Model**

The prompt works well on modern flagship models, for example GPT, Gemini, Claude, or Grok. It was refined on several models from OpenAI and Google. If you want an output close to the Easymeals reference, start with Gemini 2.5 Pro, then compare with another model if needed.
## **6. Copy the Entire Prompt**

Highlight the **entire document** from start to finish (Ctrl + A on Windows or Command + A on Mac) and then copy it (Ctrl + C or Command + C). It is critical to copy all three parts.

## **7. Paste into a Fresh Chat**

Paste the entire copied text into your chosen AI model's input field. This single paste includes the AI's instructions, your filled-out template, and the style reference, giving the model all the context it needs to deliver a high-quality result.

## **8. Check Model Settings**

Before running the prompt, you may want to check the model's settings. For a strong first draft, the default settings are usually fine.

**Pro Tip:** The "Temperature" setting controls creativity. A lower value (e.g., 0.5) will produce more predictable, focused text, while a higher value (e.g., 1.0) will be more creative and might take more risks. Starting around **0.8** is a good balance for this task.

## **9. Run the Prompt**

With everything in place, execute the prompt. The AI will now process all the information and begin generating your complete Concept Overview.

In some models, like Gemini, you may see the AI's "thoughts" as it works, showing you how it is interpreting your input and structuring the narrative.

## **10. Review and Refine the Output**

The AI will generate a strong first draft of your Concept Overview. Read through it carefully. Does it capture the vision and tone you intended? Is the problem statement compelling?

This output is your new baseline. From here, you can easily refine it with simple follow-up prompts.

{% hint style="warning" %}
The way most AI models format text is far from optimal, often resulting in inconsistent spacing, awkward breaks, and stray symbols. This slows down review and forces extra cleanup before the text can be used in documents, presentations, or other assets.

While the Concept Generator is designed to produce clean, well-structured output from the start, there is still room for improvement. Future updates will address this issue more fully, allowing you to focus on refining ideas rather than fixing formatting.
{% endhint %}

**If you want to adjust, try prompts like:**

* "This is great. Now make the Executive Summary shorter and more punchy."
* "Rewrite the 'Who We Serve' section to be more empathetic."
* "Can you suggest three alternative titles for this concept?"

**Pro Tip:** Use the improver prompt below for a quick diagnostic and upgrade of your concept. Run it in two or more AI models to generate diverse drafts you can compare, mix, and match.
